Yes, online zoom video sessions are always available for clients near or far. We are located inside TFA (The Fitness Academy) gym in Langford (just outside of Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island).

You’d be surprised! An hour is plenty of time to untangle the confusion, figure out what your body needs right now, and create a plan that feels doable in real life. Most clients leave their first session feeling relieved — like, ‘Oh… this finally makes sense.'

I’m a numbers nerd at heart, so yes — I’ll crunch your calories and macro needs behind the scenes to make sure my recommendations truly support your goals. But that doesn’t necessarily mean YOU have to be macro-tracking. Some clients love the accuracy of macro-tracking, some would rather track habits, and others love following the structure of a meal plan. We’ll use whatever intentional eating method works for you in your real life. Maybe we'll try a few and see which feels best.

You’re speaking my language! As a holistic nutritionist, I take a physiology-first approach, which means I absolutely support clients to optimize how the body is working behind the scenes - ie: optimizing blood sugar, hormones, and gut health. My goal is always to uncover and address the root causes behind symptoms like weight gain, fatigue, cravings, and metabolic challenges — so your body can function at its best to support your goals.

If it’s your first session — or if it’s been more than six months — you’ll start by completing a short intake form and a food log that you'll receive immediately after booking. This gives me a head start on understanding your needs so we can spend our session actually strategizing, not gathering basic information.

Sorry, no. My approach doesn’t exclude any whole, nutrient-dense foods — including quality animal proteins and carbohydrates. Therefore, I’m not the right fit for vegan, vegetarian, or strict keto approaches.

A single 1 hour session is $200 and includes review of your intake form and food log BEFORE our session (so that we can get right to business without wasting time information gathering) as well as any sample meal plans, recipes, or other resources shared during or after our session.
