Nope. RxGRIT is not a rigid program — the monthly GRIT challenge is a set of 10 best practices (like drinking water, eating more veggies, etc) that you implement to improve your nutrition and/or build into a plan that works for you.  And we'll give you lots of tips and examples of how to do that!  
The additional member resource page is a flexible toolkit of resources to build your own plan. We'll provide tips and tools, but you are free to tap into those however and whenever it suites you. Plug & play to build your own plan, at your pace.

Perfect — RxGRIT is built to be low-fuss and completely autonomous. You get to decide whether or not you'll be tracking your points in the monthly GRIT challenge, if you'll do your own macro-tracking, following one of the sample meal plans we provide in the library, or whatever else! No strict rules or complicated apps - everything we provide for you is completely optional.  We make it simple for you to take advantage of what's available, so you can pop in and out as it pleases you!

Absolutely.  The 10 best practices are the foundation for optimizing metabolism, hormones and energy production - all of which are crucial to fat loss, energy production, muscle growth and repair, and optimal health overall.  You can also learn how to calculate and adjust your own macros and calories  based on your personal goals - using our Macros Guidebooks in the library.  And of course, if you need a little 1:1 support at any time, you can take advantage of your half-price member discounted 1:1 sessions.

Tracking your points for taking action in the challenges is optional, but highly recommended! Research shows that the mere act of recording and awarding yourself points for taking action significantly improves your compliance - and that, my friend, is how you build winning habits!  You can use our downloadable paper tracker form if you're old school, use our user-friendly app, or you could even use one of your own tracking apps you might like!  But absolutely not necessary - RxGRIT makes it easy for you to decide.
