Research shows that the mere act of recording and awarding yourself points for taking action significantly improves your compliance - and that, my friend, is how you build winning habits!  You can use our downloadable paper tracker form if you're old school, use our user-friendly app, or you could even use one of your own tracking apps you might like!  But absolutely not necessary - RxGRIT makes it easy for you to decide.
