Nope. RxGRIT is not a rigid program — the monthly GRIT challenge is a set of 10 best practices (like drinking water, eating more veggies, etc) that you implement to improve your nutrition and/or build into a plan that works for you. And we'll give you lots of tips and examples of how to do that!
The additional member resource page is a flexible toolkit of resources to build your own plan. We'll provide tips and tools, but you are free to tap into those however and whenever it suites you. Plug & play to build your own plan, at your pace.
