You’re probably here because you want to lose weight, feel fit, and stay strong. And if you’re training hard and eating with purpose, the last thing you want is for that weight loss to come from muscle.
Your scale will not help you with that.
A body scan will.
A body scan puts everything into perspective.
The InBody 570 uses BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis), a method of measuring body composition and other markers, similar to DEXA but without using x-rays.
Your weight means nothing... until we know where it's coming from!

FAQ's about the InBody570
InBody uses BIA technology, which stands for Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis — it’s a method used to measure body composition, including body fat, muscle mass, water, and more. BIA sends a safe, low-level electrical current through the body. Because different tissues (like fat, muscle, and water) conduct electricity at different rates, the machine can calculate what your body is made of based on the resistance (or impedance) it encounters. For example, muscle contains a lot of water → conducts electricity easily → low resistance. Fat is more resistant to electrical current → high impedance. BIA is a fast, practical, and data-driven way to measure your body composition — giving you insight into how much of your weight is fat vs. muscle, not just what the scale says.

Ideally, every 4–6 weeks if you’re on a fat loss or body recomposition journey. This helps us track what’s actually changing and adjust your plan as needed.
FAQ's about the InBody570
For most accurate readings, it's recommended to not eat a main meal or to workout for 2-3 hours before doing the scan, as either can impact fluid balances and may impact the readings. Lots of people like to scan first thing in the morning before eating, but anytime during the day is fine, as long as you haven't eaten or worked out prior - as noted above. If you are pregnant or have a pace maker, it is recommended you discuss the scan with your doctor first. If you are menstruating, it's recommended to wait at least 5 days after your cycle. You will also receive a prep sheet reminding you after booking your scan.
