This challenge is all about building daily nutrition habits, the fundamentals that will support weight loss, building muscle, optimizing performance and recovery, and/or general health.
And although your daily points are for implementing that one habit of the month, if you wanna do more (we love keeners!), we’ll be dishing out loads of extra tips & tricks you can tap into (sample meal plans, meal prep tips, recipes ideas, etc).
Included in your registration fee are two InBody 570 Body Composition scans (value: $100) at Crossfit Lolo in Langford for all of our local participants – one before the challenge begins and one at the end – to determine who wins the secondary prizes of most body fat shed and most muscle gained.
For our out-of-town’ers, you could still compete in this category if you can provide copies of body composition scans that you have in your area.
