I’ve been there. And it sucks. Mega sucks.
I used to struggle with digestive issues, bloating, skin issues, terrible menses, hot flashes, frequent infections, intense cravings and binging on junk food… just to name a few.
I had seen numerous doctors throughout the years, but no disease was ever found. I was healthy despite it all.
“Healthy!”
On December 28, 2010… I decided no more. I woke up and decided I didn’t want to live like that anymore. Or ever again. So I changed. If cleaning up my diet might help me feel better, I was willing to give it an honest effort.
Surprisingly, I *was* able to turn it all around. I experienced firsthand the power of optimal nutrition and taking care of myself! This is exactly what I did:
EAT MORE WHOLE FOODS ➡️ I fuelled my body with an abundance of whole, natural foods in the right amounts and at the right times for me.
CUT BACK ON PROCESSED FOOD ➡️ I eliminated most processed, preservative-laden, refined foods.
SAY GOODBYE TO TOXIC BEHAVIOURS ➡️ And I withdrew from the activities and behaviors that had previously sabotaged my efforts.
I. Felt. Incredible.
If I can turn it around, so can you!
