You’ve been doing everything right, you’re eating healthy and working hard in the gym, but you’re still not seeing the results that you’re looking for. What gives?
Having a tough time getting rid of excess body fat is usually a combination of a whole bunch of things — but it’s almost always due to underlying nutritional imbalances in the body.
You may hate me for saying this… or you may love me because I’m offering a simple solution to get the scale moving in the direction you want. Want to know the truth?
If your weight is stuck, chances are you’re eating more than you think.
Listen. We ALL do this. Most of us – myself included – are failing to account for the total calories we consume in a day, consistently over time.
But before you jump to starving until noon, removing all carbs from your diet, or some other extreme measure, honestly ask yourself if you are doing all you can with your eating to give yourself an honest go at your weight loss goals.
Here are a few mistakes I see in my clients (and myself!) all the time:
👉 Underestimating serving sizes. (So easy to do!)
👉 Not tracking mindless snacking. (Yeah. Oops.)
👉 Not accounting for the additional calories, carb or fat grams in condiments. (*side eyes*)
👉 Forgetting about the liquid calories in your drinks. (And there are a LOT!)
If you’ve tried all of the above, and you’re still not seeing results, you need us. Get in touch and we’ll get to the bottom of it!
