You see, in over 10 years of specializing in nutrition (after 20 years in fitness) I’ve realized that no matter what the issue or goal is (hormone imbalances, gut issues, sports performance, weight loss, building muscle, etc etc), it’s not so much the information, macros or diet plans I create that help people succeed. That information is ONLY as good as your ability to IMPLEMENT it… consistently, in your everyday busy, stressful, often messy real lives.
And that’s where HABITS come in.
Taking one small action at a time, repeated over & over again… that’s how optimal nutrition becomes effortless so you actually DO the things you know you need to do, without it feeling like torture or deprivation. I believe in this little-by-little approach so much that I tattooed it on my body – for real!
