Ingredients
Fresh or frozen cherries (1 cup)
1 cup baby spinach (substitute other greens)
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut water (unsweetened)
2 tbsp collagen protein powder
1 cup water (as needed, for desired consistency)
Directions
